Day of Wedding Coordination Package Information 

You pick the hours you want me there. Whether that is for the whole day or just to help get vendors lined up, you pick what works best for you and what puts the least amount of stress on you. 

If schedules permit, I would love to sit down with you a week or two before the wedding to go over your vendor list, layout of tables, cake placement, timeline, etc. to ensure we are on the same page. I will then contact your vendors just to introduce myself and confirm the time they are planning to arrive. 

I am also available to attend rehearsals if you would like and scheduling permits! 

Task include:

• Coordinating with vendors as they arrive

• Ensuring tables, chairs, cake, etc. are placed in the right location around the venue

• Ensuring everyone has boutonnieres, bouquets, corsages, etc. prior to photos starting

• Assistance lining grandparents, parents, bridal party to walk down the isle

• Assistance coordinating with caterers to make sure food is set out at appropriate time and serving being taken care of, etc.

• Ensuring the reception timeline stays on track and coordinating reception activities with photographer/videographer, etc.  

• Helping photographer/videography set up exit and get you out the door to your new chapter
